• All boards are hand-finished and may contain slight differences, imperfections, or variations that make each piece unique.
• Products are intended to be collectible art pieces not intended to ride 

1 of 1 Commitment

• Many products are sold as 1 of 1 creations, meaning no identical copy of that exact artwork will be recreated or resold.
• Due to the handmade process, small details may vary from product photos.

Premium Materials

• Faded Deck Studios is committed to using premium-quality skateboard decks and materials whenever possible.
• Product wear from skating, impacts, weather, or normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Pricing & Purchases

• By purchasing a board for $140, you acknowledge that pricing reflects:

  • Handmade labor
  • Limited availability
  • Premium materials
  • Packaging and production costs

Shipping

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Shipping times may vary depending on demand, drop size, or custom work.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

Refunds & Returns

• Due to the limited and handmade nature of products, all sales are final unless the item arrives severely damaged or incorrect.
• Minor cosmetic differences are not grounds for refunds or exchanges.

Intellectual Property

• All artwork, graphics, branding, logos, and designs created by Faded Deck Studios remain the property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
