• Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Faded Deck Studios does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Handmade Product Notice

• Every board is individually made and may contain slight variations, small imperfections, or differences from product photos. These are considered part of the product and not defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If an order arrives severely damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact Faded Deck Studios within a reasonable timeframe after delivery with photos of the issue.
• We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or solution will be provided.

Shipping Issues

• Faded Deck Studios is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
